Is there anyway to level up Woodcut and smithing?

Is luring breaking a rule? saw a mod luring.

I'm not sure but that mod was luring, then I was teleing to him to kill him for punishment and hes like "I'm ganna get bullet to ban you"

its probly not illesgal but souldnt be done, mod did it in a unfair way, lots of people lost tons of stuff

its absolutely ilegal to teleport people to wildyzone and kill them
if i see u doing it when u are mod
i will directly take ur rights back
and set a mute on ur acount
and there isn't a way to train wc and smithing
i have to add it later

cuz you may not pk at the runecrafting area
not against people in safezone
