skillcapes

i'm glad to tell the wholeserver that i've added skillcapes
if ur using silabsofts client u can see them too (lol only thing every1 want is seeing i guess)
download it and use the guide to let it work (see bulletisle news section)
the capes dont have lvl req
but to get them you need 99 (lvl in the name of the skillcape)
talk to the guild master to obtain skillcapes for all ur 99 skills
you must play on silabsofts client or else u will crash!!
