Bullet Need Ur Help

Bullet, Thers a guy name I spills I he was barraging every one at bulletisle so i gave him a warning and he said it was glitch... dont belive him... and i went to my other acc lvl 3 for lure him and he did it again... killed ppl with barrage at bulletisle
so... what i do ,ban him or what?
and ppl was saying too thats he was doing that, brobly have done it many times...
and rangerxx92 or something like that
did the same thing when i loged in like 5 ppl came up to me and said to ban him...
names who did that:

and brobly more guz rangerxx was telling ppl that so u got to fix it fast!

and now i know how they doing it! bullet meet ingame i tell u to fix it!
and many ppl was doimng that too like 5+ ppl.

well okey i just tought ppl are doing that then...
well anyway.
if u duel and ur duell is accepted ur in duel arena and when ur in duelarena u type ::her and then ur still like in duel arena and u can barrage ppl at anywhere :S
thats tha thing how u can fix it
